Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Talent Experience Coordinator to deliver a candidate-first journey across interviews, offers, and onboarding, collaborating across global teams. You will optimize recruiting operations with a strong data focus and an AI-aware mindset, acting as a visible ambassador of Pearson values.

In this role, you will support high-volume coordination, drive process improvements, and ensure accuracy in the ATS while partnering with Hiring Managers and Talent Partners across time zones.

Qualifications

• Have at least 2 years of experience in global recruitment, onboarding, or HR generalist roles.
• Exposure to EMEA processes is preferred.
• Demonstrate strong collaboration and clear communication.
• Confidence in managing and enhancing stakeholder experience.
• Accountability, ownership, and follow‑through are essential.
• Experience with automation initiatives or AI-enabled recruiting is a plus.
• Solution‑oriented, proactive mindset with the ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a best-in-class experience for every candidate during the interview journey.
• Create meaningful interactions that leave candidates with a positive impression of Pearson.
• Coordinate interviews, prepare offers or contracts, and support onboarding.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships across functions and time zones.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and drive improvements.
• Apply best practices in Pearson’s ATS and keep recruiting data accurate and up to date.
• Contribute to team priorities and special projects strengthening recruiting operations.
