Job summary

EY seeks a Talent Attraction Senior Specialist to join the Global Talent Attraction & Acquisition team. You will design and execute sourcing strategies, build a strong candidate pipeline, and advise hiring managers on attracting top talent across markets.

You will collaborate with regional recruiters, leverage SuccessFactors and other sourcing tools, and travel as required to engage with candidates and markets worldwide.

Qualifications

• Previous talent attraction and sourcing experience across industries.
• Competent use of ATS such as SuccessFactors and online sourcing platforms.
• Proficient in investigation, data analysis, research and market intelligence.
• Proficient in name generation and organizational mapping to identify potential candidates.
• Understanding and application of internet research techniques (Boolean searches, X-ray searches).
• Strong relationships with hiring managers and clients built on trust and service.
• Proactive and candidate-centric work ethic.
• Collaborative team player with international scope.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage candidates across functions to meet business needs.
• Develop attraction and sourcing strategies and market intelligence for GTA.
• Screen and qualify top talent for hiring teams and recruiters.
• Create candidate profiles and document interviews for handoff.
• Maintain candidate pipeline and engage external channels and referrals.
• Provide actionable intelligence to recruiters and managers for decision-making.
• Develop and execute candidate marketing materials.
• Support EY's Global Diversity & Inclusion talent agenda.
• Deliver a strong candidate experience throughout recruitment.
• Meet SLAs and KPIs for individual performance.
