EY's Global Talent Attraction team in McKinley, Taguig seeks a Senior Talent Attraction Consultant to lead sourcing for the Oceania market. You will collaborate with Recruiters and hiring teams across regions to attract top talent and build diverse pipelines.

You will mentor teammates, analyze market data, and craft innovative recruitment strategies to support EY's growth and brand in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• Six years of recruitment experience with a proven track record of innovative sourcing strategies and a high success rate in placing top-tier talent.
• Experience in tax & legal advisory or versatile expertise across HR, finance, IT, branding & marketing, risk management or business development for the Oceania landscape.
• Strong self-awareness and adaptability in team interactions, using EY development tools to foster growth.
• Data-driven with the ability to generate insights for the Oceania market and to leverage EY knowledge tools.
• Effective collaboration with stakeholders and clients in the Oceania sector to meet client expectations with high quality work.
• Active participation in client meetings to understand capabilities or issues specific to the Oceania market.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing for talent across key markets, focusing on the Oceania region and building strong partnerships with hiring teams and recruiters.
• Elevate the candidate experience by embodying EY's values, conducting insightful interviews, and nurturing diverse talent through the recruitment process.

• Achieve key performance targets and align with EY's strategic objectives to uphold excellence in talent acquisition.
