Job summary

Citco is seeking a talented Talent Acquisition professional to join our Global Talent Acquisition team. You will drive attraction, sourcing, and assessment of top talent for Citco’s North America and Caribbean lines of business.

You will own the recruitment process for internal and external candidates, identify cost-effective sourcing solutions, and conduct targeted searches to fill 20+ vacancies with a strong emphasis on stakeholder collaboration and timely, compliant hiring practices.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of talent acquisition experience in corporate/in-house environments.
• Proven ability to source passive, niche and active applicants within the Finance industry.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment activity across regions (Canada/US/Caribbean).
• Strong relationship building and influencing skills; consultative approach.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the Global Talent Acquisition team responsible for driving attraction, sourcing, and assessment of top talent for Citco Group of Companies for North America and Caribbean.
• Own and drive the talent acquisition process for internal and external talent for various business groups within Citco.
• Identify cost-effective sourcing solutions to attract top talent.
• Conduct targeted search strategies for various roles to source and identify passive candidates.
• Assess candidates’ skills and experience using our Applicant Tracking System.
