We're seeking an experienced HRIS Business Analyst specializing in the Talent and Learn modules to join our global Financial Application Support Team, reporting to the VP of HR Business Analysis. In this strategic role, you'll bridge technical and business needs, driving Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management and Learning initiatives that align with organizational objectives across our global operations. This role will play a key part in supporting and evolving our developing Talent Management framework, including initiatives related to Dynamic Skills, career pathing, job rotation, succession planning, employee development, internal mobility, and enterprise learning.
