Job summary

GoodFit Virtual Assistants is seeking an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join our team in Bacolod City. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for our international clients, source and screen qualified candidates, coordinate interviews, and help build strong talent pipelines across various industries.

The role requires at least 3 years in recruitment, strong English communication, and the ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Strong written and verbal English communication
• Experience managing multiple openings concurrently
• Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Familiar with recruitment software and online sourcing platforms
• Able to work independently and collaborate with a team

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple client positions
• Coordinate with account managers to understand hiring requirements
• Create and post job advertisements across platforms
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and networks
• Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment databases
• Monitor hiring pipelines and provide regular updates
• Build talent pipelines and continuously improve sourcing strategies
