Job summary

TE Connectivity Corporation seeks a Senior Manager – Global SC Business Process & Digital Transformation to lead end-to-end transformation of supply chain processes, drive standardization, and enable automation and analytics across regions.

The role reports to the Director, Global SC Transformation and shapes operating models, governance, and ROI-driven initiatives, partnering with IT, Digital, and business units to deliver measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) strongly preferred.
• 12–18+ years of experience in process transformation, operations leadership, or management consulting.
• Proven track record leading enterprise-scale transformation programs.
• Deep experience with digital transformation, automation, and analytics.
• Strong exposure to ERP and planning systems (SAP preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end process transformation strategy for SC domains.
• Define and deploy future-state operating models and process aligned with business growth and complexity.
• Lead BU-wide process standardization and harmonization initiatives across regions.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and value-stream transformation methodologies.
• Lead large, multi-year transformation programs with cross-functional scope.
• Translate business strategy into roadmaps, investment cases, and execution plans.
• Own benefit realization, including cost, productivity, service, and quality outcomes.
• Govern pilots, phased rollouts, and enterprise deployment decisions.
• Define the roadmap for automation, AI, and advanced analytics within business processes.
• Partner with IT, Digital, and Data teams to implement scalable solutions.
• Approve automation design principles, exception handling, and governance models.
