TE Connectivity Corporation in Europe seeks a Finance Analytics & Transformation Manager to lead the IND BU Analytical Center of Excellence and drive analytics, automation, and digital enablement across the finance function. You will oversee a four-person team and partner with global finance and IT on transformative initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Analytics, Information Systems; advanced degree or professional Finance qualification is an advantage.
• Typically 8+ years of experience across FP&A, controlling, Finance analytics, Finance transformation or related roles in a complex multinational environment; manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated people leadership and experience leading cross-functional projects or transformation initiatives in a global matrix.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the ACOE team; establish priorities and a practical roadmap aligned with BU Finance and business needs.
• Partner with Central and SV teams to translate business questions into analytics products, dashboards and decision support.
• Own the Finance reporting and analytics transformation agenda; rationalize and retire low-value outputs and avoid unnecessary migrations.
• Lead the simplification and rationalization of Finance reporting using Power BI dashboards and data products.
