Job summary

TE Connectivity Ltd. is seeking a senior project leader to drive strategic supply chain transformation from concept through stabilization, partnering with TE Information Solutions (TEIS) and regional teams.

You will own the full lifecycle, translate business needs into functional requirements, run discovery workshops, manage UAT, go-live, and benefits tracking, and ensure measurable adoption. The role requires cross-functional collaboration across plants, regions, and partners, with a strong

Qualifications

3+ years of supply chain experience delivering cross-functional transformations.
Strong knowledge of supply planning and inventory management.
Experience with SAP IBP and SAP planning solutions.
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication.
Ability to work globally across regions and functions.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic supply chain transformation projects from concept to stabilization.
Act as the primary interface to TEIS and stakeholders.
Manage full lifecycle: idea, scope, requirements, design, testing, deployment, adoption, stabilization, and benefits tracking.
Define project scope, milestones, resources, governance; coordinate actions; manage UAT; go-live and hypercare.
Develop change management and adoption plans; monitor adoption and define corrective actions.
