Job summary

TE Connectivity Ltd. is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to manage inventory replenishment across a global network, ensuring products flow from multiple TE plants to regional DCs. The role focuses on maintaining optimal inventory, improving service levels, and fulfilling customer orders in full and on time (IFOT).

The ideal candidate has 5–8+ years in supply chain operations, strong SAP/MRP expertise, and experience with multi-regional collaboration to balance supply and demand efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Master’s degree or MBA is a strong advantage.
• 5–8+ years of progressive experience in supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Act as interface across Customer Care, Logistics, and Planning to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
• Monitor order flows to ensure orders are delivered in full and on time (IFOT).
• Own end-to-end replenishment strategy and execution for assigned plants and DCs.
• Drive global supply coordination with plant planners and cross-functional teams.
• Manage SAP and planning tools, ensuring data accuracy and proper MRP signals.
• Lead or contribute to cross-regional and global initiatives.
