Job description

Lead strategic supply chain transformation projects from business concept through implementation, adoption, and stabilization. The role connects Supply Chain stakeholders with TE Information Solutions (TEIS), translates business needs into clear functional requirements, coordinates solution delivery, and ensures measurable business adoption and value realization.

SCOPE OF ROLE:

• Lead initiatives such as SAP IBP Supply, IBP Response, IBP Inventory Optimization (IO), SIOP and S&OE tools development, planning analytics, and SAP planning and logistics enhancements.
• Operate as the primary business interface to TEIS, process owners, regional teams, plants, subject matter experts, and implementation partners.
• Manage the full business project lifecycle: idea, scope, requirements, design, testing, deployment, adoption, stabilization, and benefits tracking.

Key Responsibilities

Business Partnership & Requirements

• Act as the primary liaison between Supply Chain stakeholders and TEIS.
• Facilitate discovery workshops, process mapping, and design reviews.
• Capture, challenge, document, and prioritize business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate review and business sign-off of Functional Design Documents (FDDs).

Project & Governance Leadership

• Define project scope, objectives, milestones, resources, and governance.
• Maintain integrated plans, decisions, dependencies, risks, issues, and actions.
• Coordinate Business, TEIS, plant, regional and partner activities.
• Prepare project status and Steering Committee updates; escape decisions when required.
• Drive delivery actively and ensure agreed actions are completed.
• Own the business UAT approach, scenarios, participants, and sign-off.
• Coordinate defect triage and prioritization with TEIS.
• Lead business readiness, cutover preparation, go-live, and hypercare.
• Ensure a structured transition to steady-state process and support ownership.

Change Management & Adoption

• Develop stakeholder, communication, engagement, and training plans.
• Assess process and role impacts and manage resistance to change.
• Ensure users understand and consistently apply the new process and solution.
• Monitor adoption, usage and compliance after go-live and define corrective actions.
• Define success measures and expected benefits before implementation.
• Track outcomes such as inventory, service, planning productivity, backlog, visibility, and process compliance.
• Identify improvement opportunities based on KPI performance and user feedback.
• Promote scalable standards and reuse across plants and regions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Typically, 3+ years of supply chain experience, including experience delivering cross-functional transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of supply planning, inventory management, S&OP / S&OE and related SAP processes.
• Experience working with SAP IBP, SAP planning solutions, analytics or comparable enterprise platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, structured problem-solving and executive communication skills.
• Ability to work globally across functions, regions, plants and technology teams.
