Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a Supplier Performance & Development Analyst to drive supplier performance improvements across a regional supplier network supporting our manufacturing operations.

You will partner with suppliers and cross-functional teams to identify systemic issues, lead root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions that improve quality, delivery, capacity, and overall operational performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, or a related field.
• Experience in manufacturing environments and supplier-facing roles.
• Knowledge of root cause analysis and corrective action methodologies.
• Experience developing and implementing supplier improvement plans.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively, including domestic and international travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of approximately 15-20 suppliers focused on performance improvement initiatives.
• Analyze supplier performance issues related to quality, delivery, manufacturing capability, and capacity.
• Lead root cause analysis activities using structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Coach suppliers on root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement practices.
• Develop and track corrective action plans to drive sustainable operational improvements.
• Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Supplier Management teams to resolve supplier challenges.
• Monitor supplier performance through KPIs, scorecards, audits, and improvement metrics.
• Support supplier qualification, capability assessments, and risk evaluations.
• Conduct regular onsite supplier visits across Mexico and the United States to evaluate operations and facilitate improvement activities.
• Build effective relationships with supplier leadership, including General Managers, Owners, Presidents, and CEOs.
