iRhythm Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Global Process Excellence Lead – Supply Chain.

This leadership role drives end-to-end process excellence, transformation, and continuous improvement across global supply chain operations, partnering with GBS and US stakeholders to enable scalable, cost-efficient operations. You’ll lead cross-functional initiatives covering Procure-to-Pay, Demand Planning, Order Management, Logistics, Inventory, and Analytics, embedding a sustainable continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• 10–15+ years of experience in Process Excellence or Supply Chain transformation.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt required; PM or Supply Chain certifications are a plus.
• Experience partnering with global and US-based stakeholders in complex, matrixed environments.
• Leadership in automation and digital transformation.

Responsabilités

• Serve as Process Excellence partner to global and US Supply Chain leadership.
• Govern global Supply Chain process standards and operating models across GBS and non-GBS teams.
• Lead end-to-end process assessments to identify efficiency gains across Supply Chain processes.
• Design and implement Lean, Six Sigma, and digital-enabled solutions.
• Drive standardization and global scalability while balancing regulatory requirements.
• Partner with Automation, IT, and BI to deploy workflow automation and analytics.
• Define and monitor Supply Chain process KPIs and value dashboards.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and change management across global teams.
• Oversee multiple global initiatives ensuring on-time delivery.
