Job summary

Orica in the Philippines seeks a Global Supply Chain Master Data Lead to govern and optimize master data across manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and product lifecycle activities. You will lead a team of specialists, partner with IT and business stakeholders, and drive data standards and process improvements.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in supply chain and master data management, with hands-on SAP MDG or similar systems, and strong data governance and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years experience in supply chain and master data management.
• Experience leading global teams in a complex environment.
• Hands-on experience with SAP MDG or similar ERP solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and data governance skills.
• Exposure to mergers, acquisitions, or large-scale transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a global team of Supply Chain Master Data Specialists.
• Oversee data quality, governance, and standardization across domains.
• Manage master data requests and ensure timely processing.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics and IT.
• Drive automation and process improvements for data integrity.
• Support audits and compliance activities and risk management.
• Act as SME for transformation projects and system integrations.
