Job summary

Orica is seeking a Lead - Global Supply Master Data in Pasig to govern and optimize master data across its global operations. You will lead a team, align data standards, and partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, and IT to drive transformation initiatives.

The role demands 5–10 years of relevant experience, strong ERP knowledge, and a track record of leading data governance programs. A high-impact, global data governance mindset is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years' experience in Supply Chain Master Data, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, or ERP governance.
• Proven experience leading teams in a global or complex business environment.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes including procurement, production, transportation, and materials management.
• Hands-on experience with SAP or similar enterprise ERP systems.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills across functional teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Experience in data governance, data quality, process improvement, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Exposure to mergers, acquisitions, business integrations, or large-scale transformation programs.
• Knowledge of Master Data platforms such as SAP MDG, DSP, Prospecta, or similar solutions.

• Foster a high-performing, customer-focused culture with accountability and continuous improvement.
• Manage team priorities, workloads, and resources to meet business demand and service levels.
• Oversee the accurate and timely processing of master data requests.
• Ensure compliance with global master data standards, policies, governance, and approvals.
• Monitor service performance, data quality, and operational metrics; manage risks and escalations.
• Govern key master data domains: Materials, Production, Suppliers, Procurement, Transportation, Services.
• Build partnerships with Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and other stakeholders.
• Provide expert guidance on master data solutions and promote adoption of standards.
• Act as Master Data SME for transformation projects, acquisitions, divestments, system integrations.
• Drive data integrity, standardization, automation, and process efficiency initiatives.
• Support audit, compliance, and control activities; champion best-practice governance.
