Job summary

Tyco Electronics Philippines, Inc. seeks a Global Supply Chain Master Data Lead to govern and standardize master data across ERP and planning systems. You will partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, NPI, Intercompany Planning, and IT to ensure data accuracy and governance.

The role focuses on governance, data integrity, and cross-functional coordination, rather than transactional maintenance, ensuring readiness for new product introductions and portfolio changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 5–10 years of experience in supply chain planning, master data management, ERP systems, or business analytics.
• Understanding of manufacturing, inventory planning, procurement, and supply chain processes.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain global master data standards, policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Establish governance processes for consistent master data management across sites.
• Monitor material master and planning data impacting forecasting and inventory.
• Partner with site planning teams to improve planning parameters and policies.
• Support data quality initiatives and cross-functional collaboration across teams.
