Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Customs Administration.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in ImpEx and logistics operations.
• At least 5 years’ experience in supply chain management.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience in SAP systems.
• Experience with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage import/export and logistics activities in line with company objectives.
• Monitor freight forwarder performance, schedules and KPIs.
• Coordinate domestic delivery bookings and documentation.
• Process returns/re-exports and ensure proper documentation.
• Maintain records and generate reports.
