Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing, supplier management, or supply chain operations.
• Hands-on experience with overseas suppliers (Asia/China preferred).
• Proven track record in supplier negotiations and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and onboard global suppliers based on cost, quality, and capability.
• Lead supplier negotiations (pricing, MOQs, timelines, and trade-offs).
• Manage end-to-end product execution—from sourcing to production and final delivery.
• Partner with Product Development and Design to ensure product feasibility and manufacturability.
• Own supplier relationships and drive consistent performance and improvement.
• Track production timelines and proactively mitigate risks, delays, or quality issues.
• Calculate and validate landed costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Issue and manage purchase orders with accuracy and alignment to requirements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Logistics, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor and report key metrics including delivery performance, cost savings, and supplier outputs.
