Gulliver Integrated Outsourcing Inc. is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to coordinate supplier communications across Asia, USA, Europe, and other markets. You will send inquiries, negotiate terms, and identify brands with competitive pricing to drive value.

The role emphasizes building strong supplier relationships, performing price analysis, and meeting daily and monthly sourcing targets while collaborating with the team and adapting to priority changes.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with a degree in Supply Chain Management preferred; candidates from any background are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of supply chain processes is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Available to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with suppliers from Asia, USA, Europe, and other international markets.
• Send inquiries and negotiate prices, terms and other conditions.
• Identify and propose brands/products with competitive pricing and attractive deals.
• Conduct price analysis.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers.
• Meet daily and monthly sourcing targets.
• Works collaboratively in a team environment and independently as needed
• Perform other tasks as assigned and adapt to changing priorities.
