Job summary

Dover Imaging & Identification (DII), a Dover Corporation segment, is establishing a new Philippines-based software support hub. The role supports regional and international customers, troubleshooting software across VB.NET, C#, SQL, and OPC/PLC communications.

You will work with colleagues across Europe, Asia and the Americas to resolve incidents, document learnings and improve the knowledge base while providing proactive customer communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in software support, software development or technical application support.
• Technical education or relevant experience in Engineering, IT or CS.
• Experience with VB.NET and C#.
• SQL knowledge or similar database queries.
• Understanding of Windows environments, networking and client-server software.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for software-related support requests from regional and international customers.
• Troubleshoot complex software issues and provide accurate, timely resolutions.
• Investigate incidents involving applications, databases, servers and industrial communication.
• Develop skills in VB.NET, SQL and industrial communication protocols to analyze and solve incidents.
• Build trust with customers through proactive and clear communication.
• Manage support cases via phone, email and ticketing system while meeting SLA expectations.
• Collaborate with global colleagues to investigate and resolve complex issues.
• Document investigations, resolutions and best practices for the knowledge base.
