Emapta is seeking a Senior Software Asset & License Management Specialist to strengthen license compliance, subscription governance, and cost optimization across its global operations. This project-based role focuses on protecting technology value while coordinating across stakeholders and vendors.

You'll manage end-to-end license and subscription lifecycles, monitor renewals, assess true-up risk, and drive governance with cross-functional teams from IT, Legal, and Finance.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/SE/Business or related field.
• Certifications in IT Portfolio Management, PM, Agile, ITIL, SAM preferred.

Mansioni

• Manage software license compliance activities and ensure licenses align with vendor terms and policies.
• Coordinate with Legal and Data Privacy on subscriptions involving employee or client data.
• Monitor license usage and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Oversee end-to-end subscription lifecycle from intake to renewal and termination.
• Identify true-up risk and provide remediation recommendations.
• Manage vendor relationships and support renewal negotiations.
• Lead project software management and portfolio optimization initiatives.
• Provide governance, guidance, and mentorship to team members.
