Job summary

Fujitsu Philippines is seeking a Cluster Global Shared Services Lead to oversee GSS capability across multiple GDC locations within the account scope, with a regional focus. You will drive automation adoption and AI techniques while ensuring quality and competitiveness across locations.

This leadership role requires strategic planning, P&L oversight, and cross-functional collaboration with GSSC Japan and other Fujitsu departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and be accountable for Global Shared Services within the region and accounts.
• Drive automation adoption and AI techniques to improve efficiency and quality.
• Oversee P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and financial benefits realization.
• Develop and manage geographically dispersed GSS teams; mentor and develop talent.
• Engage with GSSC Japan and other Fujitsu units to ensure alignment and service stability.
• Champion governance, ESG principles, risk management, and business continuity.
