Keywords Studios seeks a Cluster Facilities Manager for the Philippines and Japan to oversee Manila and Bacolod hubs and ensure compliant facilities operations. You will manage office readiness, local purchasing, safety, and data integrity while coordinating with global teams.

Based in Manila, you will drive AI tools for daily administration and ensure strict adherence to corporate SOPs, with an emphasis on governance and cost controls across sites.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of experience in facilities management, office administration, or localized procurement within the Philippines.
• Experience managing international operations or supporting global teams is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience managing office infrastructure, SLAs, and local budgets.
• Enthusiasm for integrating AI tools into daily workflows.
• Excellent communication and authoritative presence; fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Direct PH Office Management: Oversee daily workspace, reception, mail, and administrative readiness for Manila and Bacolod hubs.
• Regional Site Governance (Japan): Remotely govern facilities operations for Japan offices.
• Strict Local Purchasing & Procurement: Gatekeeper for local facilities spending; enforce bidding and approvals.
• Data Integrity & Collection: Track, verify, and log localized utility, maintenance, and asset data.
• AI-First Local Operations: Drive daily use of AI tools to automate logs, vendor correspondence, and supply tracking.
• Health, Safety, & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with local HSE regs; manage risk assessments and vendor compliance.
