Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in IT with leadership experience.
• Experience in managed services operations and standardization.
• Deep knowledge of Data Center Services areas (Storage, Databases, Monitoring).
• Certifications such as ITIL/PM/Agile preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute and operationalize the globally defined sub-capability strategy and standards.
• Lead teams across multiple locations in a matrix structure.
• Provide guidance to global and local team members and foster learning and performance excellence.
• Oversee delivery within the managed area, ensuring quality, efficiency, and scalability.
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization across all managed services.
