Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting for a Site Head to lead a large-scale global services centre in Pasay, overseeing Finance, Procurement & Supply Chain, HR and Technology.

You will shape strategy, governance, and operational excellence at scale, drive transformation programmes, and mentor a multidisciplinary workforce.

You will partner with internal stakeholders, build strong client relationships, and ensure high-quality service delivery across functions, with significant strategic impact.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Head, General Manager, or equivalent leadership role within a multinational Shared Services environment.
• Experience across Finance, Technology, Procurement & Supply Chain, and Human Resources service functions is preferred.
• Led sites with 500+ employees across multiple functional areas.
• Strong change management and governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations and ensure high quality service delivery across Finance, Procurement & Supply Chain, Human Resources, and Technology functions.
• Drive strategic planning and execution to improve operational effectiveness and business outcomes.
• Oversee performance, analyse key metrics, and provide strategic recommendations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a large multidisciplinary workforce, fostering engagement and professional growth.
• Drive local and global transformation initiatives and organisational change programmes.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to align operations with broader business objectives.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and external stakeholders.
• Provide strong governance, execution oversight, and operational leadership across the site.
