• Experience leading large-scale audit operations across multiple locations

• Proven ability to drive operational transformation and regulatory compliance

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the Manila team's audit operations across the full audit lifecycle, coordinating with global onshore teams
• Own audit quality, risk management and regulatory compliance, driving a quality-first culture and overseeing review processes
• Provide operational leadership: workforce planning, resource utilization, performance management, productivity improvements, standardizing processes
• Lead the transition and expansion of audit work into the Manila hub with stakeholder alignment and risk management
• Drive strategy and innovation through digital tools, data analytics, automation and continuous improvement
• Build and develop a high-performing audit organization through talent acquisition, coaching and career paths across onshore and offshore teams
