Emapta is seeking a Planner to coordinate the service network and schedule technicians for global access and security solutions. You will manage daily work orders and optimize service delivery from the Pampanga area.

The role is full-time with a Day Shift and a Temporary Work From Home setup. Salary ranges PHP 30,000–35,000 per month, plus benefits such as HMO coverage, gym access, and opportunities for career growth within a global organization.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in scheduling, coordination, or service administration roles.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Professional telephone manner and customer service orientation.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule technicians' daily tasks to ensure timely job completion.
• Receive and manage inbound customer calls for site attendance.
• Administer customer portals for work orders and documentation.
• Prepare purchase orders for parts, materials, and subcontractors.
• Maintain subcontractor lists and monitor progress on jobs.
