Job summary

Melco Resorts & Entertainment in Manila is seeking a Materials Management Coordinator, Shared Services, to maintain global supply chain data systems, process documents, and support the department with issue resolution. You will collaborate with the SCM team to manage vendor accreditation, item master data, POs, and generate monthly reports while ensuring accuracy and timely turnaround.

Qualifications

• At least three (3) years of progressively responsible work experience directly related to the duties of the position.
• Diversified background with significant exposure to Supply Chain management and strategic sourcing.
• Hotel Food and Beverage background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and updates Global Supply Chain data management systems and supplier accreditation processes.
• Uploads price lists in Birchstreet System (BSS) as required by the Procurement Team.
• Maintains accuracy of global SCM systems and supplier records.
• Coordinates with Business Units and suppliers to resolve data issues.
• Maintains Order Sheets of Business Units globally and tracks variances.
• Prepares ad hoc productivity analyses and reports as needed.
• Follows Global Supply Chain Policies and Procedures.
• Ensures timely turnaround and accurate documentation for all tasks.
