Job summary

Recruitify_HR in Makati seeks an Import & Logistics Coordinator to manage end-to-end import operations from order placement to warehouse delivery. You will coordinate with overseas suppliers, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensure on-time arrivals.

The role requires experience in import/logistics, handling B/L/packing lists/invoices, and strong MS Office skills with excellent communication for international partners.

Qualifications

• Import, logistics or supply chain experience in related industry.
• Experience handling import documents (B/L, Packing List, Invoice).
• Experience coordinating delivery schedules with overseas suppliers and customs brokers.
• Strong schedule management and follow-up with stakeholders; basic to intermediate computer skills (MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Review and confirm order details handed over by the Purchasing Team.
• Place orders with manufacturers and confirm delivery schedules.
• Coordinate import schedules with overseas suppliers and brokers.
• Monitor shipments through to arrival at the warehouse and resolve delays.
• Prepare and maintain import-related documentation and communicate with relevant parties.
