Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Manila is seeking a SAP PMO Senior Manager to lead large-scale SAP implementation programs across advisory, assurance, tax, and business services. You will drive objectives, plans, resources, and progress while coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver value for clients.

You will motivate teams, apply systems thinking, and coach staff to consistently achieve project outcomes with excellence and integrity, within PwC’s global standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10–15 years of experience.
• Proficiency in English (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale SAP implementation programs with business and technical teams.
• Define objectives, develop plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress.
• Coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders to deliver SAP solutions.
• Coach teams and sustain diverse, inclusive teams to achieve excellence.
• Guide clients through challenging situations with clear, data-driven decisions.
• Maintain budgets, timelines, and status reports for stakeholders.
• Promote adoption of SAP best practices and continuous process improvement.
• Coach and provide feedback to team members for high performance.
• Validate outcomes with clients and incorporate feedback for future delivery.
