Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations, or similar.
• Experience with contract management, deal administration, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to translate operational insights into business improvements and manage senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the global Sales Operations function across the end-to-end sales process.
• Establish scalable sales processes and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Drive CRM governance and optimize Salesforce as source of truth for activities and reporting.
• Partner with commercial stakeholders to support deal execution, invoicing, renewal management.
• Deliver reporting and insights to improve pipeline visibility and forecast reliability.
• Enable sales productivity through training, guidance, and ongoing support.
