Job summary

SimCorp is seeking a Senior Operations Analyst in Investment Operations to support daily investment activities, settlements, and reconciliations. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure accurate data and efficient processes, with emphasis on performance analysis and continuous improvement.

You will work within a hybrid model (2 days in the office) and contribute to regulatory compliance, reporting, and project initiatives across the investment operations function.

The Senior Operations Analyst in the Investment Operations team at SimCorp is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of investment activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions, settlements, and reconciliations. With typically 4+ years of experience in investment operations, this role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth operational workflows, identifying and resolving discrepancies, and providing support for performance analysis. The Senior Operations Analyst plays a key role in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of investment operations, contributing to overall business success.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Support the processing, settlement, and reconciliation of investment transactions, ensuring they meet accuracy and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the proper integration of investment data across systems
• Monitor investment transactions, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational effectiveness
• Identify discrepancies in investment data and work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues promptly
• Assist in preparing reports on investment operations performance, providing insights on trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement
• Assist with the maintenance and optimization of operational workflows to improve efficiency and reduce errors
• Ensure that investment operations comply with internal policies, regulatory standards, and best practices
• Participate in projects aimed at enhancing investment operations processes, tools, and systems
• Support audits and other compliance activities by providing required documentation and resolving operational issues
• Provide guidance and support to junior analysts, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting high standards of performance
