Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and experience in process improvement.
• Experience designing scalable workflows in SaaS or digital environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to document processes.
• Experience with AI, automation, or data-driven tool integration is a plus.
• Willing to be trained on company systems and global requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies.
• Design scalable workflows aligned with SaaS operations.
• Document SOPs, workflows, and system processes.
• Support automation and AI-assisted tools and system integration.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, HR, Finance, Operations.
• Establish process metrics to track efficiency and performance.
• Support continuous improvement and operational readiness for scale.
• Prepare process documentation for audits and international expansion.
