Job summary

Emerson in Mandaluyong, Philippines, is seeking a Specialist II Global RMA professional to ensure timely and accurate processing of return and rework requests while supporting replacement order activities for non-conforming products.

You will evaluate validity of return requests, process or reject return-for-credit transactions within turnaround times, and ensure compliance with return policy guidelines to uphold customer satisfaction and efficient returns operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course is required.
• 2.5 years of relevant experience in customer service and order management is required.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle, and email management tools.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel) is required.

Responsibilities

• Review return requests and determine eligibility based on company return policies and guidelines.
• Process or reject return for credit requests within established turnaround time.
• Analyze customer inquiries, investigate issues, and provide appropriate return dispositions.
• Perform outbound calls to customers or Sales Rep to gather information and understand their requests more.
• Coordinate with other functional teams to help resolve customer requests and concerns.
• Review portal-submitted RMAs and ensure appropriate resolution.
• Support team operations through back-up responsibilities and workload sharing
