Responsibilities

• Manage bookings of import orders from consolidation warehouse and suppliers.
• Communicate delays or exceptions clearly to buying merchandise teams.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and suppliers for clear communication.
• Maintain shipping calendars aligned with transit times and delivery windows.
• Guide internal/external stakeholders on shipping processes and timelines.
• Keep active lines of communication with merchandise and planning teams.
