The role requires deep IFRS/US GAAP knowledge, strong leadership, and capability to scale processes across regions, with a focus on governance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, ACCA, or equivalent preferred.
• Significant progressive experience in accounting, audit, and finance, with leadership in Record-to-Report or related operations.
• Strong experience managing month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, financial reporting, and audit support in a shared services environment.
• Experience building or scaling service centers, including processes and team structures.
• Experience in global multinational service centers across regions and cultures.
• Solid knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP and internal controls.
• Proven leadership, talent development, and accountability across accounting operations.
• Experience with process standardization, automation, and transformation in finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the accounting operations team within the Record-to-Report scope.
• Own month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close with strong governance.
• Drive balance sheet reconciliations and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.
• Coordinate audit support and remediation of observations with auditors.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.
• Partner with IT and other stakeholders on new software implementations.
• Drive global standardization and automation of accounting processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end process governance.
