Job summary

Sealed Air seeks an experienced R2R Director to lead end-to-end accounting operations from Manila, Philippines, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. The role drives governance, controls, and cross-functional collaboration with IT and finance to support scalable, high-performing operations in a multinational service center.

The leader will standardize processes, implement automation, and build a strong accounting organization while partnering with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; professional qualification preferred.
• Significant progressive experience in R2R, audit, and finance with leadership roles.
• Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, reporting, and audit support.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Record-to-Report activities and financial reporting for the scope.
• Own month-, quarter-, and year-end close with strong governance.
• Drive balance sheet integrity and issue resolution through controls.
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely audit deliverables.
• Partner with Tax, Legal, and IT to ensure compliance and system implementations.
• Standardize processes and drive automation across the center.
