Job summary

Biopharma Careers is seeking a senior leader for the Head of R2R Global Accounting Services and ABP in the Philippines. You will oversee up to 250 FTEs, drive recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management while ensuring compliance with labor laws and promoting DEI and employee well-being.

The role emphasizes strategy, governance, and performance, building an efficient organizational structure, and delivering high-quality accounting services across the hub.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Advanced degree is strongly preferred.
• CPA certification is required.
• 8+ years in Finance Operations focusing on Month End Closing, General Ledger, Product Costing and Management Accounting.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• 5+ years in Global Business Services or Shared Services.
• Strong understanding of Accounting and Finance processes.
• Excellent English communication; knowledge of another European language is a plus.
• Time management, stakeholder management and risk management are essential.
• GBS experience is a strong plus.
