Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years in accounting operations or shared services.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or specialist role.
• Strong R2R or end-to-end finance experience.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of accounting professionals, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of core accounting operations.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and best practices to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including finance leaders, auditors, and service partners.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement initiatives to improve productivity and cost-effectiveness.
• Support business continuity and risk management activities.
