Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/ACCA preferred.
• Progressive accounting experience with R2R and financial reporting leadership.
• Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and audits.
• Experience in global service center growth and cross-regional collaboration.
• Knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP; strong internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Record-to-Report activities across the scope.
• Oversee month-, quarter-, and year-end closes with governance.
• Manage balance sheet reconciliations and resolve items.
• Drive standardization, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate audit support with internal/external auditors.
• Develop and scale the accounting organization; talent development.
• Partner with Finance and IT for system implementations.
• Support cross-functional collaboration for operational excellence.
