Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Director for Quality to lead the global quality program across regions and accounts. You will collaborate with senior leaders, drive a cohesive strategy, and ensure cross-site execution to meet KPIs including accuracy and CSAT. A hands-on leader will guide audits, improvements, and governance.

The role requires shaping the quality landscape, mentoring teams, and partnering with operations, training, and business development to deliver superior client experiences.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years experience in Quality at a Manager level or above.
• Experience leading quality improvement projects across geographies is preferred.
• Familiarity with COPC and quality assurance frameworks is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the quality program for the account/region.
• Manage a centralized global team to meet audit compliance monthly.
• Collaborate with global quality directors to define quality strategy.
• Lead initiatives to improve accuracy and customer experience across sites.
• Mentor employees and ensure workloads are balanced through cross-training.
