Accenture in the Philippines seeks an Internal Support Agent to drive end-to-end project management within a globally sourced delivery model. You will handle incoming requests from internal stakeholders, assist the SPDs, and coordinate with multiple teams to support and launch initiatives.

You will act as a liaison between the ops team and the Google partner, track top-priority bugs, develop internal resources, and independently analyze situations to resolve issues and lead ad hoc projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of customer service/partner management experience.
• Proven written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of Google Docs and Sheets.
• Ability to work on tight daily deadlines.
• Must be well organized, goal oriented and self-motivated.
• Demonstrated ability to be flexible, think and respond quickly while maintaining attention to detail.
