Job summary

Accenture Philippines seeks a Program/Project Management Representative to deliver business and technology outcomes across assigned programs. You will use standard tools and processes to monitor SLAs, coordinate resources, and ensure on-time, on-scope, on-budget project delivery.

Qualifications

• Infrastructure Service Management with 5++ years in infrastructure project management.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office; PMP and ITIL are a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with project management software tools; minimum 5 years required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver business and technology outcomes for assigned program, project, or contracted service.
• Leverage standard tools, methodologies and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of multiple projects.
• Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Define project scope and objectives with stakeholders and ensure feasibility.
• Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress; manage changes to scope and costs.
