Job summary

Boogertman + Partners Architects in Waterfall is seeking a Project Architect to lead design development, model concepts in Revit, and coordinate with all disciplines to ensure client briefs are accurately reflected.

The ideal candidate has a Master in Architecture, SACAP registration, 5+ years’ experience, advanced Revit and BIM capabilities, and proficiency in council documentation; willingness to travel internationally and locally.

Qualifications

• Master in Architecture (M.Arch) with SACAP registration.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in architecture.
• Advanced in Revit; BIM capabilities required.
• Experience with 3D visualization and graphic design basics.
• Strong knowledge of council documentation and submissions.
• Excellent communication and client service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Represent the practice at project briefing meetings.
• Produce concept design models in Revit.
• Assist with graphic design work for presentations.
• Assist with 3D visualisation of project proposals.
• Produce working drawings, coordinated with other disciplines.
• Coordinate council submission documentation (SDP and Building Plans).
• Attend site meetings and monitor construction progress.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor projects.
• Lead multiple projects from initiation to finalisation.
• Develop project team and guide junior staff.
• Travel internationally and locally as required.
