Job summary

WSP is seeking a BIM Architect to perform modelling for architectural projects under supervision, ensuring adherence to BIM standards and schedules. The role involves coordination with multidisciplinary teams and documenting designs through various stages.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Architecture or related discipline, at least 3 years of experience, and strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks. BIM 360 and ProjectWise experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Degree or diploma in Architecture or related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in Revit (BIM), AutoCAD and Navisworks.
Ability to produce detailing and tender documentation drawings.
Experience in building projects with teams of modelers, architects and engineers.
Basic knowledge of reading and interpreting architectural drawings.
Experience with BIM 360 and ProjectWise is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Perform BIM Modelling for architectural projects under the supervision of the BIM Lead / Architect.
Ensure drawings are produced according to the Company’s BIM standard and adhere to office BIM procedures.
Ensure model and drawing accuracy based on BIM standards and project workflow criteria/checklists.
Ensure all productions are completed on schedule or in a timely manner.
Report regularly to the BIM Lead / Architect on the progress of work.
Ensure all exported information is recorded in the correct directory.
Work on large projects and with multidisciplinary teams.
Document Concept Design, Schematic Design, Detail Design and Tender stages.
Perform QA/QC on modelled elements to ensure quality.
Participate and support the Company’s SHEQ within the scope of duties.
