Job summary

Boogertman + Partners Architects is seeking a BIM Manager to lead BIM strategy in Waterfall City. You will establish BEPs, set and enforce BIM standards, manage digital models, and drive coordination across architecture, engineering, and construction teams.

You will guide stakeholders, implement 4D scheduling and 5D cost considerations, and foster company-wide BIM adoption while ensuring project delivery aligns with timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology.
• Master’s in Architecture (M.Arch) preferred; SACAP registration optional.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and standard workflows.
• Ensure compliance with international best practices and structured stakeholder collaboration.
• Develop and enforce BIM standards, manage digital models, and ensure industry best practices.
