• At least 5 years of end-to-end strategic procurement experience.

• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Leadership and management experience in a procurement team.
• Knowledge of supply chain management principles and international trade.
• Familiarity with public sector-related procurement regulations and policies.
• Experience with global procurement strategies and complex supplier negotiations.
