Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company Manila is seeking a Global Procurement Leader to oversee indirect procurement, sourcing, POs, and supplier negotiations across supported markets. You will drive team performance, stakeholder engagement, and process improvements to deliver compliant, cost-effective services.

You will lead a high-performing team, coaching members, managing multiple priorities, and coordinating with partners to meet business objectives in a fast-paced, global setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain or related field.
• At least 18 months of procurement experience including sourcing and supplier management.
• Experience leading and coaching teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of procurement systems, international trade, logistics and Incoterms.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily procurement operations and ensure timely, compliant service delivery.
• Manage sourcing, supplier negotiations, contract support and stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor procurement performance and collaborate with business partners to improve efficiency.
• Coach and develop team members and support resource planning.
• Drive compliance and implement continuous improvement initiatives across procurement teams.
