Job summary

Goodyear is seeking a Senior Global Procurement Leader to oversee indirect procurement, sourcing, PO management, supplier negotiations, and service delivery across supported markets. The role emphasizes team leadership, stakeholder management, process improvement, and resolving complex procurement issues to drive compliant, cost-effective operations.

You will lead daily procurement operations, manage sourcing and supplier relations, monitor performance, and coach the team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, or related field.
18+ months of procurement experience including sourcing, negotiations and supplier management.
Proven experience leading and developing teams with strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
Experience with procurement systems, international trade, logistics, and Incoterms.

Responsibilities

Lead daily procurement operations and ensure timely, compliant service delivery.
Manage sourcing, supplier negotiations, contract support, issue resolution, and stakeholder engagement.
Monitor procurement performance and collaborate with business partners to improve operational effectiveness.
Coach and develop team members and support resource planning.
Partner across procurement teams and suppliers to drive compliance and achieve business objectives.
Lead continuous improvement efforts and implement innovative procurement solutions.
