Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• At least 18 months procurement experience.
• Experience in sourcing, supplier management, and procurement operations.
• Negotiation experience and strong analytical skills.
• Strong English communication; second language helpful.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end indirect procurement; review requisitions and process POs.
• Source and evaluate suppliers; conduct bidding and negotiation.
• Monitor and expedite POs; resolve issues with suppliers.
• Maintain procurement data, vendor catalogs, and purchasing systems.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive spend optimization.
• Contribute to process improvements and deliver training and reporting.
